About iLead

iLead is a local SSH manager and encrypted vault sold as a yearly seat by Fluxum. The desktop app runs on your machine; this website handles downloads, documentation, and license checkout through Paddle. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for those yearly seats.

1. 30-day refund window

Fluxum offers refunds for iLead yearly seats. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Cancellation of the subscription is immediate upon an approved refund request. After 30 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Cancellation without a refund

You can cancel auto-renewal for your iLead seat at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period already paid for. Unlocking and exporting your local vault still work after cancel; only seat-gated features that require an active license stop when the period ends.

3. How to request a refund

Email support at support [at] ileadapp.org (replace [at] with @) with the purchase email, approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. We process valid requests promptly and refund the original payment method used at checkout (usually via Paddle). Card refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear on the customer's statement after the processor issues them.

4. What a refund covers

A refund returns the seat purchase price for that order. It does not transfer your local vault file, which always stayed on your devices. Device seats freed by a refund can no longer activate after the refund is completed.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a billing problem, contact support first so we can resolve it without a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of the related license seats while the dispute is open.
