About iLead

iLead is a service provided by Fluxum. By using iLead or this website at ileadapp.org, you acknowledge that the service is operated by Fluxum ("Fluxum," "we," "us," or "our").

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

Account / billing data — email address and subscription details needed to issue an activation code, manage seats, and communicate about your license. Card payments are handled by Paddle (our merchant of record); we do not receive or store full card numbers.
License / device data — a device fingerprint and related activation metadata so a seat can be bound to the allowed number of machines and so heartbeats can keep a paid seat valid.
Support messages — whatever you send to [email protected].
Website analytics (optional) — if you allow cookies, limited page-view / download counters and any third-party analytics tools we enable (for example Plausible, Google Analytics, or Cloudflare Web Analytics). These are off until you consent.

Your SSH vault (hosts, keys, notes, snippets) is encrypted and stored on your device. Fluxum does not host, read, or recover vault contents.

2. Why we process data

To provide and secure the Service (activation, seats, billing, fraud prevention).
To communicate about your subscription, refunds, and support.
With your consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use cookies or local storage for: (a) remembering your cookie preference, and (b) optional analytics if you click Allow cookies. Strictly necessary items (such as storing your consent choice) do not require analytics consent. You can change your mind anytime by clearing site data for ileadapp.org or contacting us.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

Contract — providing the paid or trial Service you requested.
Legitimate interests — securing licenses, preventing abuse, and basic operations that do not override your rights.
Consent — optional analytics / non-essential cookies.
Legal obligation — when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who help run the Service (for example Paddle for payments, email delivery, and hosting). They may only use it to provide those services. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep license and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, dispute, and security purposes. Analytics aggregates may be retained in summarized form. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.

7. Your rights
